Start Date: THe project start date will be discussed before signing the agreement. Depending on the nature of the project, the project may start in 2 days to 2 months time.

While we do not provide advance payment for all projects, in select cases, we offer advance payment equivalent to one billing cycle in the form of a performance bond. This bond is issued by our bank upon the successful completion of the training program, serving as a demonstration of our commitment to reliable vendors. This approach ensures that both parties are equally invested in the success of the project, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship built on trust and performance.

We understand the concerns about fraud in the BPO industry and prioritize building trust with our partners. To ensure transparency and reliability, we provide detailed information about our company’s background, and before you finalize, we ensure all communication is clear and accurate. Once the agreement is signed, the role of the consultant ends, and all further communications and support will be provided directly by our company. After the agreement is finalized, and based on the project, consultant will continue to provide support up to a limited time after which our dedicated team will take over to ensure smooth project execution and ongoing support throughout the partnership.
